The Cleveland Scholarship program provides educational choices for children in kindergarten through 12th grade who reside in the Cleveland Municipal School District. The program gives students the opportunity to attend a private school. Even if your child already attends a private school, you may be eligible to apply for the program.
The maximum amount of the scholarship for high school is $8408. Each school has different tuition amounts. Depending on the amount of the school's tuition, the scholarship will pay up to the designated amount. If the tuition is more than the scholarship amount, the parent may be responsible for the difference.
As of Feb. 1, 2025, the application window for the Cleveland Scholarship will open for the 2025-2026 school year and remain open through June 30, 2026.
